Check out our latest release – The River:
Digsby’s first single from their second EP Invisible People (Electronic Press Kit here), ‘E Forever’ became ‘the new big sound’ on BBC Bristol’s Upload, and the three singles ‘One of a Kind’, ‘Buzzing Fly’ and ‘The River’ received a lot of airplay in the UK and internationally, along really kind reviews from fans and online publications.
Digsby is a five piece from Bristol, UK and include Joe Webb (guitar, vocals), Harry Surman (drums), Ben Hooton (bass), Amy Bevan (guitar, backing vocals) and Susie Broadbent (keys, backing vocals).
Digsby’s sound has been described as ‘sophisticated retro-pop’, combining indie rock, folk, blues and alt-country work with catchy melodies, three-part harmonies with 60s and 70s inspired song writing. The band’s debut EP, ‘Started’ was received very well by the media, with multiple songs played on BBC Introducing West, as well as BBC 6 musics’ Tom Robinson’s Fresh on the Net (‘Doubling Down’ was one of the top tracks of the week).
